Setting up a Customer Portal custom field
When you install the Checklist app, the Checklist Proxy for Customer Portal custom field type will also become available in your installation.
This custom field type allows you to display one of your checklists on the Jira Service Management customer portal.
The Customer Portal custom field does not currently support the Access Control custom field parameters. Users who are able to create customer requests will be able to edit the checklist on the Create screen.
If you need this functionality, let us know!
You first need to add a Checklist Proxy for Customer Portal custom field to Jira and configure it to suit your needs.
To get started, proceed to Adding a Customer Portal custom field.
