Story:

As a regular user, I want to bulk change the items of a checklist so that I can mark all items as completed/incomplete in one operation.
As a regular user, I want to clear the content of a checklist so that I can start from new.
As a Scrum Master, I want the checklist completion status to appear on the agile card so that I can see what's left to do in a view.
As a regular user, I want to have an indicator showing that an operation is in progress so that I know that Checklist is "working".
As an admin user, I want to control where and how the checklists are displayed so that I can show them in the issue details section and I can group them under tabs.
As an admin user, I want checklist to prevent a workflow transition so that the users cannot progress further if not all items are checked (BETA feature).

List checklists by alphabetical order when displayed in the issue and agile details views.
